As a small, family-owned business we know first-hand the balance of home, family and work while trying to just maintain your home, let alone consider a remodel or new construction project. Just thinking about getting it organized can be extremely overwhelming. Each situation is unique. Some projects need more design; some already have designs in hand. Some need a wrangling of budget and scope. Others have definite numbers in mind. Our process allows for a hands-on approach with owner Evan Sockaci overseeing the entire project from discovery to budgeting to buildout. 

Initial Meeting ​

Our first consultations are always free. Evan will walk through the building (or empty lot!) with you and ask the necessary questions to determine the functionality and aesthetics of the space you are considering. This investigative Q&A is key to gathering preliminary information about budget, scope, needs and design desires and to be able to advise the appropriate next steps for your specific project. 

Budget

Our biggest compliment is when customers say they appreciate our attentive, communicative service while keeping projects on schedule and within budget. That starts before the first boots-on-the-ground, shovels-in-the-dirt day. We’ll help you plan appropriately, and we are thoroughly connected to local suppliers enabling us to source materials at competitive prices for an efficient build — eliminating unnecessary costs — so the budget stays the actual budget. 

Design

If you have existing design plans, we’ll be happy to work with your architect directly. If you need advisement, we have a list of design companies we can connect you with on your dream build. And, since one of Evan’s well-known traits is a design-integrity focus, you can be sure he’s paying attention to all the small details outlined by the design team, marrying old construction with a new remodel, laser-focused on the details.
